 2.123 Litre 615BHP 539FTLB TORQUE POSSIBLE With Our Steel 'H' Section Rods And Forged Pistons.


A Subaru Impreza Legacy Or Forester EJ20 Turbo Stroker Bottom End Kit Rebuild And Up-grade.

This Kit Consists The Following:-

1 Genuine Subaru Hardened 79mm Crankshaft With ACL Competition Bearings At Standard Size Using 60mm Main Journal Diameter And 52mm Big End Pin Diameter.
1 Set Of Mahle 2618 Forged Racing Pistons At 92.5mm Or 93.0mm Bore Size And Fitting Instructions.
4 New Manley Con Rods With Arp 2000 Rod Bolts And Fitting Instructions.
The Kit Will Fit All EJ20 Crank Cases With A Rear Position 5 Thrust Bearing Classic Or Bug Eye Versions Including The VVC And C Spec.

Please Note That Because Of The Extra Throw On The Crankshaft Some Cases Will Need To Be Modified To Clear The Con-rods As They Rotate To And From TDC
The Bore Clearance Will Need To Machined Or Honed To Suit The Required Bhp And Basic Instructions Included
The Compression Ratio Will Need To Be Calculated Which Again Is Relevant To Bhp And Fuel Quality
The Ratio Can Easily Be Adjusted By The Head Gaskets Which Come In 0.65mm Upto 1.5mm With A 93mm Bore
