This website is owned and operated by Advanced Automotive Performance LTD. Advanced Automotive.com is an internet trading name of Advanced Automotive Performance LTD. Unless we say otherwise, we use the terms “Advanced Automotive”, “we", "us" and “our” to refer to Advanced Automotive including throughout the Terms and Conditions and our Help pages. Where we use “you”, “your”, “buyer”, “purchaser” and “customer” throughout the Terms and Conditions and our Help pages, shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business, body or other entity
1. Use of Website
Your use of this website, including accessing, browsing, registering and/or purchasing, confirms that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein and terms set out on our Help page.
Advanced Automotive has taken every care in the preparation of this website but cannot guarantee that information contained herein is current, up to date, error free or complete. Advanced Automotive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained within this site and will not accept liability for loss or damage to any person or persons which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any materials on this website.
Advanced Automotive uses reasonable efforts to ensure that this website is free from viruses and other malicious or harmful content however we cannot guarantee that your use of this website (including any content on it or any third party website accessible from it) will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer has current antivirus software to use this website safely and to screen out anything that may damage or harm your computer. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from computer viruses or other malicious code which may affect your computer equipment or other property caused by accessing, browsing or use of this website or by accessing third party websites accessible from it.
All brand names used on this website are trademarks/ trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given by Advanced Automotive for their use by any person. Where brand names are stated against products it does not imply endorsement by Advanced Automotive and equally where brand names are not stated, does not indicate lack of such endorsement.
Colour reproduction in online images is as accurate as photographic and computer processes will allow. We cannot guarantee that product colours or finishes contained in images on this website will be identical to items supplied as colour/ finish may differ.

Advanced Automotive is not responsible and shall not be liable for the material on any website not owned and operated by Advanced Automotive.
All products shown on our website are subject to availability. If items purchased are not in stock, then we will notify you as soon as possible whereupon you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund. Acceptance of your order will take place only when we have dispatched your product(s).
We reserve the right to cancel any order for whatever reason under which circumstances a full refund will be given. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any losses which may be suffered if we do not supply product(s) ordered.
2. Product Suitability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for their vehicle prior to ordering and we strongly advise all customers to our website to make their own enquiries and research before purchasing. If you are in any doubt, please seek professional advice from a qualified technician. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any loss of costs incurred by you including delivery costs, handling costs, packaging costs or third party fitting costs.
Advanced Automotive makes no representation that any product referred to on this website is appropriate to use outside the United Kingdom and in respect of non-UK based customers, we are unable to ensure that products contained on this website will be compliant with local laws if local laws apply or be suitable for non-UK vehicles. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable and that such product(s) comply with local laws if local laws are applicable. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any losses.

3. Prices & Payment
We are able to accept payments made through Paypal, cheques from UK clearing banks, postal orders and bank transfers. Items will only be dispatched after cleared payment is received. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Delivery charges start from £4.95 and are based entirely on weight rather than per item purchased allowing us to keep postage costs as low as possible meaning delivery charges are only increased if necessary depending on weight of items purchased. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges at any time in accordance with third party postal and courier companies' charges. If this occurs after an order is placed then customers will be given the opportunity to cancel or proceed with the order. We also reserve the right to re-charge delivery charges if an order is returned to us as undelivered and has not been claimed or called for.
4. Delivery of Goods
We aim to dispatch items in stock within 1 to 3 days of cleared payment (not including weekends & bank holidays) although goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours. However, UK customers should allow up to 7 days for delivery and overseas customers should allow additional time depending on destination. Items are normally sent by Royal Mail or by courier in respect of heavier or larger items. Some items may be delivered directly from the manufacturer/distributor especially in respect of heavier/ larger items. If an order is returned to us as not delivered due to it not being claimed then we reserve the right to re-charge delivery costs.
Please Note :Our postage cut off time is 2.15pm Monday to Friday regardless of the service chosen.
Please check orders immediately on receipt to ensure correct items have been received. If an incorrectly delivered item is received or if an item is missing from an order, you must notify us within 4 working days of receipt. We are unable to rectify problems of missing items after this time has elapsed.
If you are outside the UK, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. You should consult your local Customs office for information.
We are unable to dispatch orders to alternative delivery addresses outside of the UK. Deliveries of orders to non-UK customers will be made to the billing address only. Alternative delivery addresses provided for UK orders will be verified before dispatch which may include, but not limited to, corresponding with the cardholder at the billing address.
All goods are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock then we will notify you immediately by email whereupon you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund. If goods are not supplied, then payment will be refunded in the full amount. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any losses which may be suffered if we do not supply goods ordered. Acceptance of your order will only take place once we have dispatched your order.
5. International Delivery
We welcome orders from customers outside of the UK however some products contained on our website can only be delivered to the UK mainland. If you purchase such a product, you will be notified immediately and your order cancelled and refunded in full. Products listed on our website are suitable for UK vehicles and we make no representation that products listed on our website are suitable for non-UK vehicles or that such products are compliant with local laws. We advise all non UK customers to make enquiries and research whether a product is suitable for their vehicle and indeed whether it complies with local law if local law is applicable. If you are outside of the UK, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods. These charges are outside of our control and are your responsibility. You should consult your local Customs office for information before ordering. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any taxes, local duty or custom charges which may become payable on delivery.
6. Lost/Undelivered Items
In the very rare occurrence that an item is not received, we will offer to replace or refund the item after 10 working days after dispatch in respect of UK based customers and after 25 working days in respect of non-UK based customers. This is to allow for any unforeseeable delays.
We reserve the right to increase the time periods set out in paragraph 6 during periods of third party strike action which, from time to time, may be taken by third party postal service companies. This is to allow for additional delays this action may cause.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Cancellation Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, customers in the UK and EC have up to fourteen working days, after receipt, to cancel an order which must be in writing by email or letter. If you want to cancel products that are unwanted, you must take reasonable care of the product(s) that you wish to cancel and not use them. Product(s) should be returned with all packaging, parts and instructions. If you choose to return product(s) to us, we will not be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning such product(s), neither loss nor damage to such product(s) in transit. For this reason we recommend you use a recorded delivery service or other postal insurance when returning product(s) to us. Further information is available from your local Trading Standards office or consumer advice centre.
7.2 Standard Returns Policy
Our Standard Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Under our Standard Returns Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us providing it is unused and in a saleable condition and is returned with all packaging and parts, also if applicable sealed in it's original package to avoid contamination of sensitive products. We require all returns to be notified to us by telephone or email. A refund or replacement will only be given once the product has been received at our premises and for this reason we advise that adequate postal insurance is obtained to cover any loss or damage in transit. All items which were sent out correctly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee but prior arrangement must be made and agreed. Advanced Automotive reserves the right to send unwanted items back to you without refund, upon inspection, if it is deemed unsalable or to charge you for loss or damage in transit. We are unable to refund any postage costs on unwanted goods.
We cannot accept any items or cancellations which have been specially ordered for you the customer or manufactured to your specification for return.
In respect of a product received faulty or damaged or an incorrect product delivered to you, please notify us by telephone or email within seven working days. We will then advise customers further in relation to product replacement, refunding and in respect of returning products to us. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable if a product is damaged during fitment by you or a third party person or company. Products returned to us at our request will be examined in respect of any reported damage or fault within a reasonable period of time and the results notified to you. If a product is found to be faulty in accordance with the product’s guarantee or damaged, then a refund or replacement will be given. We will at our discretion refund any reasonable postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products if such products were returned at our request.
8. Liability
8.1 Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any damage or loss to products purchased from this website or to personal property resulting from the use of or incorrect fitment of products purchased from this website. Advanced Automotive shall also not be liable for damage or loss to products or personal property resulting from incorrect products purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable and fit for purpose and if necessary to seek guidance from a suitably qualified technician. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any fitting costs including third party costs incurred by you on fitment of any product including any loss of costs incurred.
8.2 Incorrect installation can lead to failure which can cause an accident resulting in personal injury or death. For all other products purchased from this website, you must seek professional advice by a qualified technician if you are in any doubt as to how a product should be installed to ensure that it has been installed correctly. In that respect, you must instruct a qualified technician to install any product you are not qualified to install. Advanced Automotive shall not be liable for any injury or death to persons incurred as a result of the use of or incorrect fitment of products purchased from this website.
8.3 Notwithstanding the above, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or on any other basis) to you, for any loss or damage shall be limited to the amount paid or payable for the relevant product you ordered from us.
9. General
9.1 These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
9,2 You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party unless we agree in writing. We may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party at our discretion.
9.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with law or to meet changing business requirements without notice to you.
